What challenge were you trying to address with Hot House Digital?
We were having a few problems with our website, so we needed someone to hold the development agency accountable on the SEO side of things.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Hot House Digital came into our website re-platforming project, where they’ve been helping us kick the tires and hand-hold us through the migration. Following that, they’ve helped us undo many years of bad practice and develop our on-site content strategy. Their work includes keyword analysis, PLP content writing, and blog and useful content generation.

How did Hot House Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Coming into a headless website project late was a challenging situation, but Hot House Digital pulled out all the stops, working over weekends and evenings to ensure the impact of technical problems was limited. Overall, the project management has been great. They manage to blend the skills and technical understanding of a larger business with the attentiveness and delivery of a boutique agency. We have regular meetings, and they’re always available. It’s a pleasure to work with them.
