Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

1. Connect to multiple suppliers and unify their feeds so availability and pricing for hotels, flights, transfers, tours, and insurance stay accurate in real time, without manual updates.
2. Build a universal search that aggregates these sources and returns fast, comparable results across all service types in a single interface.
3. Add a tour-packaging tool where managers compose multi-service packages and clients see live combined pricing for each offer on request.
4. Implement end-to-end order handling — booking, confirmation, and cancellation of services within the platform.
5. Give partner travel agencies their own accounts and agent pricing to serve their end clients directly on the platform.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Integrated 20+ suppliers across multiple service types into a single unified search.
2.  Expanded the hotel inventory to 500,000+ bookable options.
3. Reduced time to first priced result for hotel searches to ~3 seconds.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

• Project management was well organized. Hmara delivered the agreed milestones on time and kept us informed throughout with regular progress updates. They were highly responsive — questions and change requests were usually answered the same day, and our feedback was quickly incorporated into the next iteration. We communicated mainly through Google Meet and tracked tasks in Jira, which made progress easy to follow despite the remote collaboration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out was their ability to turn a complex, multi-supplier travel system into something fast and reliable. Integrating 20+ suppliers into a single search and returning real-time prices in around three seconds across a 500,000+ hotel inventory is not trivial, and they handled the engineering side confidently. The dynamic tour-packaging logic and the B2B layer for partner agencies were built thoughtfully — it was clear they understood our business, not just the code.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hmara could have done differently?

Honestly, very little. If anything, the initial scoping phase could have been a bit more detailed — a few requirements became clearer only as the project progressed, which led to minor mid-project adjustments. It didn't affect the outcome and they adapted quickly, but a more thorough upfront discovery could have made the early planning even smoother.
