What was the scope of their involvement?
Hispano Language Advisory (HLA) takes care of translation and dubbing into both Spanish and Portuguese. We provide them with the requested translation file, and they provide us the same one back once they’ve finished translating.
What is the team composition?
I’m currently in contact with between three and five members of their team, depending on the specific project.
How did you come to work with Hispano Language Advisory?
HLA was recommended to me by the person who previously held my position. Before he left the company, he put me in contact with them. We started off doing smaller translation services, and our relationship progressed from there.

We’ve been working together since mid-2015.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One of the results of working with them is learning that they offer additional services we weren’t even aware of at the time. It’s really helped us expand our own offerings.
Over the past year or so, we’ve been working on a large Spanish and Portuguese dubbing project that’s gone to pretty high profile client. HLA has been excellent throughout the whole process, making revisions when needed and addressing questions. It was all a very smooth, streamlined process.
How did Hispano Language Advisory perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is excellent. Any time we have any questions about how a line is translated or the creative direction they’ve gone, HLA always provides additional feedback. The team is very understanding and flexible when it comes to scheduling.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the main reason we continue to use them is that they’re very easy to work with and they work with our style really well. The team is very responsive. HLA respects our work just as much as we respect their work. We’re happy that we’ve been able to establish this working relationship over the past couple of years, and we hope to continue to do so.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only improvements we’ve recommended to them has to do with their studio quality when it comes to dubbing, specifically with their Portuguese team. They’ve been really receptive to our suggestions for improvements, so we’re seeing less and less of that.
