Hivex utilized the framework provided by us to create software that allows users to interact with and track the progress of property transactions. This includes viewing different properties on a building site, their current stage of development, whether they have been sold or have a mortgage, and the involved lawyers. Prior to the development phase, Hivex provided UX mockups for the piece of the software they were working on.

I’m a Product Owner for a Mobile & Web Banking application.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hivex ?

We hired Hivex to assist us with the development and maintenance of our banking application. We were looking for an outstaffing vendor who could complement our in-house talent for a long-term FinTech project.

SOLUTION

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

When planning our project, we realized that our in-house team’s expertise didn’t suffice to achieve our goals, so we decided to hire an outstaffing company. We found Hivex online. The deciding factors were their previous experience in FinTech development and affordable pricing.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

At the kick-off meeting, I explained our project requirements so that they could assign developers with the expertise that could best meet our project needs and goals. The kick-off was followed by a couple of other video conferences where we discussed the project roadmap and scope in more detail, assigned roles and responsibilities. They have been working for us from the design phase through development and deployment up to the ongoing maintenance phase.

The key deliverable is our FinTech solution — a mobile and web banking app that is already in the market. We didn’t stop our partnership since we want their developers to be always there when we need help with fixing bugs or introducing updates to our product.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

The first point of contact with Hivex was their sales manager. From the beginning of the project, we’ve been also working with a designer, two front-end and two back-end developers, three iOS developers, two Android developers, and a QA specialist.

We are absolutely happy with our decision to hire developers from Hivex. It’s been great to complement our internal resources with experienced external developers.
