I am the cofounder of Customer Evolution. We provide technical and consultative services to the healthcare industry.

We offer HIPAA-compliant solutions to the healthcare industry and were looking for a secure, reliable partner to assist us in the delivery of patient-facing services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched 5+ vendors looking for the right partner to assist us in the delivery of HIPAA-compliant managed IT services. HIPAA Vault stood head and shoulders above their competition during the evaluation process and continued to reinforce our decision to move forward with them throughout the entire relationship.

HIPAA Vault assisted in the design, deployment and on-going management of our HIPAA-compliant managed services environment. Skilled technicians also provided on-going configuration and software maintenance tasks.

We worked with many individuals at HIPAA Vault, from the CEO to technical staff. Everyone was super-responsive and top-notch.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

HIPAA Vault was one of our most strategic partners as they assisted with: developing plans and configurations, implementing our infrastructure and continually monitoring/updating our software and environments.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

HIPAA Vault is ultra-responsive via their ticketing system, email and voice calls. Rapid response is everything and the HIPAA Vault team placed high value on it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found that HIPAA Vault's commitment to being a strategic partner and their desire to focus on our success was absolutely key. We often talk about HIPAA Vault's value and the confidence we have in their team and the services they've provided.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, we are not able to come up with any areas of improvement. They really are that good.

We are a startup business developing a new ecommerce experience for our industry in partnership with the number one national brand in this space. Our site is not live yet.

HIPAA Vault provides our HIPAA compliant, highly secure web hosting. Web hosting is mission critical for an ecommerce site.

Hippa Vault is 100% responsible for our web hosting. They also provide mission critical support for HIPAA compliance.

What is the team composition?

We regularly interface with four incredibly helpful members of their support team, and the CTO is always available if needed. The whole team is incredibly responsive.

How did you come to work with HIPAA Vault?

Our team conducted months of research leading to our selection of a web hosting provider. We spoke with all the big name providers as well as relative unknowns.

How much have you invested with HIPAA Vault?

We spend approximately $1000/mo with HIPAA. That makes us one of their smaller customers. In your rating system, you give more credit for larger projects. However, in our personal rating system, the fact that we get this level of support while not being a larger client speaks volumes for the level of support any size client can expect from HIPAA Vault. If they treat us this good, imagine how well they will treat larger clients.

What was the month and year that you began working with HIPAA Vault?

We began hosting with HIPAA Vault in Spring 2019 and there is no end date.

What is the status of this engagement?

Ongoing.

How did HIPAA Vault perform from a project management standpoint?

HIPAA Vault’s responsiveness never fails to amaze us. We have absolutely zero complaints. They far exceed our expectations and then they go on to exceed even those higher expectations. Amazing is the only word that comes to mind.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have never experienced such a great level of support from any company in any industry. Every person on our team feels the same way.

None that we can think of.

The support we've received from VMRacks has been extraordinary. Most of our company isn't IT-savvy by most objective measures, so we appreciate that they have genuinely been available 24/7. They always provide us with practical, actionable guidance and education. 

They've even connected us with other vendors and partners to address issues that have come up in areas outside of their expertise. VMRacks has held our hand through all those transitions. They took full accountability for their referral.
