They’re having some growing pains when it comes to responsiveness, but I’d rather we get the right answer rather than a fast answer. We typically communicate through phone calls and email.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if we could have an online portal to keep track of everything we’re doing because right now everything’s just on paper.
