Camera operations and streaming support staff sourcing. Production staff sourcing. 

Execution of directing, switching, and camera operation on Sunday services, and strategic direction on how to amplify experience on larger tent pole events.

Dynamic and successful video production each Sunday. High Arc Media has provided that consistently.

High Arc Media is a reliable solution-source. I know we partner with them for specific needs, but they have created a culture with us that creates confidence in going to them for support solving challenges outside of our initial needs. We trust them!

The consistency of excellence, cultural fit and experienced-trust. Experienced-trust is likely the hardest to come by, but they have it. It means we have been able to count on them time and time again. They always deliver. And no, I'm not asking that they always tell us good news, but High Arc Media is always supporting us to get to better outocmes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something High Arc Events could have done differently?

I don't think so. They have a great deal of expertise and collaborative spirit. We're grateful to have them as a partner.
