I am the founder and managing director of Brand Partnerships. Brand Partnerships is a matchmaking platform for Partnerships: Think, 'dating app, for business' (without the hookups!)

We were building a new platform that matches brands based on certain criteria and we picked Softr as a low code tool. We needed HIDEX INC to set up the logic for matching, list profile page creation workflows and airtable set up.

We searched for Softr experts and we liked that HIDEX INC offered a money back guarantee. We wanted a partner we could trust and this helped instill trust in HIDEX.

We met to discuss the scope of the project, timelines and costs. After meeting HIDEX INC emailed a plan of how they would execute the project in the required timeframe. We agreed to move communication to slack for more efficient communication.

We launched our site after the project was complete, so we do not have measurable feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

HIDEX Inc was incredibly professional, efficient and knowledgeable when it came to setting up a platform on Softr. Not only did they complete every project in a timely manner, they also communicated effectively via Slack - keeping us informed and up-to-date with progress. They also went above and beyond to fix a bug at 2am.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only area I can think of is more updates on projects, what they are currently working on.

We didn't have a company portal to centralize our document and processes. Many processes were manual. We hired Hidex to build us a company portal, HRIS, and automate processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found Dwi (the founder) when I was looking for someone who had expertise in Softr and Airtable. We were using airtable for the longest time but we couldn't utilize it well.

We had a kick-off meeting where we briefed Dwi what we needed, why we needed those, and our goals. Dwi challenged a few things I mentioned resulting in a better outcome. From there, Dwi came up with the project scope and fees. She used some tech stack such as Softr for front end, Airtable, Make.com, and Zapier. When low code tools didn't work, she used custom scripts.

I only worked with Dwi.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Prior to the engagement, we listed and identified 26 manual processes in the company. We attacked those 26 starting from the hardest process. At the end of the engagement, we've built automations to solve the manual process. I didn't really measure how much time we saved but our team is much happier and more efficient in their day to day work.

Dwi used Basecamp and email for communication. She was responsive with all my emails and feedback. Timeliness wasn't a problem since she usually delivered before the deadline. If she had to be late, she would let me know days in advance to manage expectation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Other agencies or freelancers would just follow your requirements, get it done, and collect the money. What I find most impressive from Dwi was that she actually challenged me and shared best practices from her personal experience in developing products. This process sharpened my way of thinking and requirements resulting in better outcomes.

None. I am very satisfied with her deliverables.

Dwi from Hidex is listed as an expert on the Softr platform. Soft is a German no-code web development platform.

Dwi from Hidex has a very structured approach to tackle our project. We have separate time lines spanning 2-3 weeks. We use basecamp as a project tool.

Dwi from Hidex is a founder herself. Therefore, their customer orientation and high working standards have made our work so successful.

So far everything works perfect.

I first heard of Dwi through the recommended experts on Softr's community website. I had an initial meeting where we discussed the initial requirements which went well.

We had an initial meeting to discuss the required customised Zapier integration and the different software platforms to be used. These included Softr, Zapier and AirTable. Also the time frame for project completion. Additional tasks were later added like Stripe integration.

I was impressed that the integration was able to be implemented. A feature I had not expected to be developed for my site until later due to its complexity.
