Hibu has built a professional website with tools to increase conversions. The site is voice search and AI coded. The team also manages our digital listings, ensuring our online business listings are correct and protected across the web. Moreover, Hibu gathers customer feedback through reviews on our website and manages our reputation through their tool.
The team also responds to reviews and monitors other local competitors. Hibu requests reviews, sends offers, and gains new customers with automated emails. Hibu also manages our ads, including Google sponsored ads, Yahoo, and Bing ads. The team drives targeted leads through Facebook and Instagram ads, including retargeting and A/B testing. Hibu also manages our display ads, which appear on the top 500 most popular websites in our service area, including retargeting.

Hibu has delivered a comprehensive dashboard and a statement of work. We’ve seen an increase in the number of leads and website visits. We’ve also seen an increase in the number of reviews.

Hibu’s statement of work provides me with the expected results. So far, the team has underpromised and overdelivered. We primarily communicate through in-person meetings.

Would like more sophisticated website design options and more oversight by the company aside from our representative.  We have had the wrong date on our seminar ads for a few weeks once and the wrong phone number listed on our website, etc.

Key deliverables included website and ad content creation and optimization, an approval portal for reviewing and making changes, lead and website traffic tracking, monthly dashboard reviews, and ongoing recommendations and adjustments from our account manager, Dave, to keep our marketing aligned with current trends and business goals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since partnering with HIBU, Jacob’s Ladder Construction has seen a measurable increase in leads, generating 739 leads year to date compared to 650 during the same period last year, an increase of nearly 14%. That is an increase of 89 leads, with no noticeable slowdown in lead volume. We have also gained better visibility into where our leads are coming from and how visitors interact with our website, allowing us to better track the performance of our marketing efforts.

One of the things we appreciate most about working with HIBU is the flexibility they give us when it comes to our website. We can make changes ourselves when we want to or submit comments and requests for their team to handle. That flexibility allows us to still feel in control of our content while having a professional team available to make updates when needed. The approval portal also makes it easy to review and tweak the website and advertising content they create for us, whether we want to swap out a photo or adjust the wording. Dave has been great about making sure our needs are understood and helping us get the most out of the services HIBU provides.

One area where HIBU could improve would be making it easier to add multiple photos or videos when submitting website comments or change requests. Being able to upload several files at once and clearly associate them with a specific requested change would make the process more efficient, especially when providing content for multiple website updates.

Our results depend on the market, but we've always been able to adjust as needed in terms of areas, keywords, and budget. Hibu's work is very customized to meet our business needs. The customer dashboard gives us access to real-time data. The reporting options allow us to compare our leads, areas, and locations on 30-, 60-, and 90-day comparisons. This option allows us to monitor closely and pick up on any slowdowns quickly.
We swapped companies and went with a smaller company that rebuilt our website and created new campaigns. Our leads dried up over a few months. After eight months, we returned to Hibu, and our leads have consistently increased every month since then. Keeping our content fresh and updated helps increase our traffic.

Hibu delivers on time. We've had struggles with our Google Business page becoming unverified, and Hibu's management has stepped in and worked directly with Google on our behalf. That feels like a call above and beyond the duty for me. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Kathy is top-tier and has been involved every step of the way since we started doing business with Hibu. She's great at staying in contact, checking our numbers, and having quarterly review meetings to discuss the details.
She makes real-life recommendations and doesn't just try to run up my bill so she can make money; she genuinely cares about the results I'm getting from the money we're spending. Moreover, she's always available, willing to help, and stays on top of our KPIs. She's friendly, flexible, and willing to educate us on this ever-evolving marketing world.
Additionally, Hibu does a great job of truly understanding the inner workings of building a proper website on the backend.

Joe has also been very hands-on with everything. Between the website, Google, reviews, social media, and the overall strategy, it’s nice knowing I have one person I can call and he helps handle all of it. We’re still early, but I already feel much better about how City & Suburban looks online and how we’re positioned moving forward. Joe genuinely seems to care about helping the business, and that has made a big difference for me. I’d definitely recommend him and Hibu to another business owner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although we're still early in the campaign, we've already received at least two promising customer inquiries through the new marketing. We've also launched a completely updated website, started targeting five important local search terms, strengthened our online reviews and social media presence, and now have tracking in place so we can actually see the calls and opportunities our marketing is generating. The biggest measurable improvement so far is that we now have a complete online presence working together instead of relying primarily on referrals and word of mouth.

Hibu has been very organized and responsive throughout the entire process. They were clear from the beginning about what was being built, what we needed to provide, and what we could expect as everything came together. The website and other pieces of our marketing were delivered within the timelines that were explained to us, and when we wanted changes or had questions, they were handled quickly. Having Joe as our main point of contact has probably been the biggest benefit. Instead of having to figure out who to call for the website, Google, reviews, social media, or anything else, we call Joe and he takes care of it or gets the right person involved. He's been very hands-on and responsive to what we need, which makes the entire process much easier for us.

What impressed me most about Hibu is that they don't look at each part of your marketing separately. He knows our business, knows what we're trying to accomplish, and if we need something, we call him and he handles it. It feels much more like having a marketing partner than just paying a company for a website or advertising.
