Our customer service rep is our person from start to finish. You don't get a sales person and then a call center for help, you get the same person as your contact for any questions or issues; and that dedicated service is outstanding

I was not really prepared with all of our logins and information needed to start up, but that was not their fault. I could have used an additional day or two between the consultation and the setup to gather all of the information needed.
