Eden Chiropractic provides chiropractic adjustments, prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, Webster Technique, upper cervical care, full-spine chiropractic care, and structural assessments. The practice also offers massage therapy and complementary wellness services to support pain relief, mobility, recovery, and overall health. In addition to in-office services, Eden Chiropractic offers wellness products and supportive health products, including nutritional supplements, therapeutic pillows, and other products designed to complement chiropractic care and healthy living. Eden Chiropractic partnered with Hibu to improve our online visibility and patient acquisition, and the results have been excellent. Before Hibu, I was managing much of my marketing myself and essentially "winging it." Hibu brought industry expertise, a clear strategy, and a well-balanced marketing program designed around my available budget. They corrected serious online listing issues, improved our Google advertising performance, and generated a steady flow of quality leads. We've experienced increased appointment volume, higher-quality patients, and stronger overall growth. In fact, we're on track to exceed some of our best monthly patient numbers. I especially want to recognize Angelique for her exceptional customer service. She has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the success of Eden Chiropractic. She and the Hibu team have become trusted partners in the growth of our practice.

Hibu was contracted to provide Eden Chiropractic with an integrated digital marketing and customer engagement platform, including: * Design and development of a 23-page, mobile-friendly website with SEO-focused content and two geographic landing pages for Buford and Sugar Hill. * Local listings management across Google, Apple, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, Alexa, Nextdoor, and other directories. * Review and reputation management, including monitoring, responding to, and generating customer reviews. * Lead and contact management with an integrated inbox, call/text capabilities, and automated responses. * Automated email and SMS marketing campaigns, including new-customer and lifecycle-based campaigns. * Website hosting, accessibility tools, FAQs, review widgets, and ongoing website/listings synchronization. * Tools for managing website updates, customer lists, duplicate listings, and online business information. Overall, Hibu’s scope was to build and manage Eden Chiropractic’s **website, online presence, reputation, lead generation, and customer communication systems**.

Hibu’s project management has been excellent. They consistently delivered items on time and were quick to respond to any questions or issues. Communication has been easy and responsive through email, phone, and chat, and they have been very helpful in addressing our needs throughout the project.

The most impressive part of Hibu’s work has been the breadth of the scope. They provided an all-in-one solution covering our website, local listings, SEO, reputation and review management, lead tracking, and automated email and SMS marketing. Having these services integrated into one platform has made managing our online presence much more streamlined and efficient.
