We had the pleasure of working with Matt, our advertising manager from Hibu, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Initially, we were quite skeptical about making any changes, but Matt’s persistence and confidence made it easy to agree to an initial meeting, and we’re very glad we did. What stood out immediately was his genuine belief in the possibilities and results he could help us achieve. After his presentation, there was absolutely no pressure, just clear information, thoughtful guidance, and confidence in the process. That approach made all the difference and ultimately led us to switch our website campaign over to him. The entire transition was smooth, painless, and surprisingly pleasant. In many cases, changing companies can be stressful and confusing, but Matt made sure that wasn’t the case for us. He guided us through every detail, no matter how small, and continues to stay actively involved. Matt is always available to talk, communicates every step clearly, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. We’re already starting to see results, which is incredibly encouraging. While it’s still early, we feel confident that we made the right decision. Matt truly delivered on his promises and has not disappointed. We look forward to continuing this partnership.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HIBU AS POSSIBLE! Working with hibu has been the worst decisions of my life. I worked with a sales representative, named Dalin. Who works in the Spokane WA/Post Falls ID area. He is thee most slimest, fake, money hungry salesmen I have ever worked with.

And to make it worse this individual is my neighbor that lives 3 houses down. On our first initial sit down meeting before signing up for the service, he asked me what my goals were, or what I would like to expect out of hibu. I said, "If I can get 20-30 leads a month that would be amazing".

Dalin without hesitation replied "That is well within our grasp and something we are more than capable of achieving". WORD FOR WORD. So I figured, that's awesome. Given he's my neighbor, I found it hard that my neighbor would screw me over.

Well I was beyond wrong with that. I signed a 6-month contract, and there was a period of 2- 2.5 months I didn't have a single lead.... NOT A SINGLE LEAD.

And to add to it, this representative (Dalin) continued on to say "just give it sometime it'll turn around, and in the mean time lets get you signed up on extending your contract into SEO next year".

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Even thought the service as is wasn't doing anything. Mind you, I was paying $1300 a month.... I should be getting a lead a day at a minimum. And I didn't get anything for 2-2 1/2 months. Meanwhile this guy is enjoying life off the commission he's getting off my payments to hibu.

And on average I would only get 2 leads a week (not even guaranteed customers). When I was paying $10 a day for Facebook ads getting on average 40 leads a month.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Be warned! Do not work with Dalin from hibu what's so ever! They are a disgusting marketing agency, and do not have any concern about your business or your well being. If only Dalin could experience a 1/10th of the amount of stress he has caused me, maybe then he would have some sort of remorse.

You're a terrible person Dalin, and an even worse neighbor.

What was your primary form of communication with Hibu?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How fake and manipulative Dalin is.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hibu could have done differently?

Everything. Pricing, communication, workmanship, truthfulness, respecting the customer. They did none of that.
