Yes a lot. If a client is requesting nicely to have a 15min zoom call you do not decline this then start sending offensive and aggressive emails demanding the funds to be paid before even sharing a draft letter. Not paying attention to our requests or requirements for 2 separate legal notices. I am very disappointed
