The University of West London (UWL) is a UK-based public research university focused on career-oriented education. We offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs designed to enhance employability, with an international branch campus in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

What challenge were you trying to address with HeyTractor?

We needed an end-to-end digital marketing strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HeyTractor provides end-to-end digital marketing services, including performance marketing, email campaigns, post creation, SMM, LinkedIn strategy, video content, demand generation, lead generation, landing page and CRO, and web development.

We work with 5–6 teammates from HeyTractor.

How did you come to work with HeyTractor?

We found HeyTractor through a university alumnus. We chose them for their attention to detail, thorough market research, proper strategy, end-to-end support, creative ideas, and amazing concepts.

We’ve spent roughly $20,000 on service fees and $30,000+ on ad spend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

HeyTractor has provided a 125% uplift in student intake from digital channels for admissions year-over-year (YoY). The team has also achieved a 10% conversion rate YoY per intake, reduced cost-per-lead (CPL) by 50%, and increased our overall following on Instagram from 500 followers to over 9,000. HeyTractor has also increased our followers on LinkedIn from 200 to over 7,000.

How did HeyTractor perform from a project management standpoint?

HeyTractor has very good communication. The team provides clear deliverables with timelines and progress tracking. They always deliver on time with proper reporting. We communicate via Notion, email, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with HeyTractor is like working with an extension of our own team. It’s very easy to integrate with them.

HeyTractor is helping us with demand generation on LinkedIn and PPC. Their main deliverables are increasing MQL and SQL and CRM integration and automation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve gone from 0 online demand generation to 250–300 MQL with a 10% conversion rate monthly. The industry average is 0.6%–2%. We’ve also increased touchpoints after lead generation via Zapier and Zoho automation to reduce friction and increase lead nurturing, which has helped significantly in the uptick of conversions.

We track the increase in MQL and conversion rates through CRM data month over month compared to previous months. For the CRM integration and automation, we use the sales cycle number and directly attributable revenue as KPIs.
