To create a series of platform explainer videos - goal being to inspire new companies to want to join our platform

On UpWork - based on reviews originally but then through communication Sidra was amazing.

The videos are animated an designed to showcase how buyers use our platform, and in turn why suppliers (advertisers) need to be there. We worked in milestones for various project outcomes.

I worked with a small group within our bigger company - I was driving the project with Sidra but took it back internally for review and feedback along the way

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't started promoting these videos yet (that's now in the plan) but we have already received some very positive feedback from both the team and some potential advertisers

We used UpWork to track the milestones and payments, and use Google chat, docs to communicate feedback. We spent a lot of time on the first video to set a high quality benchmark/standard which then helped the other videos shape up more easily.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The 'can do' attitude - it's been so refreshing to work with them because they were very receptive and accommodating of our feedback, very proactive daily communication and the final results from a quality perspective is something across the team we are extremely proud of.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No - it's been a very successful project and we would highly recommend HexaVideos!

I’m the co-founder and COO of a social community platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hexavideos?

We needed help creating a marketing video to promote our app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hexavideos handled everything from the storyboard to the voiceovers and music. Our team only provided the script. The deliverable was an animated video promoting our mobile app. Their resources handled all the animation and found people to do the voiceover and music. They were also responsible for editing and audio mixing.

We worked with one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Hexavideos?

I found a promotional video and liked it. As a result, I asked who did it, and I was referred to Hexavideos.

We spent around $1,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project was from June–July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The deliverable met our requirements and deadlines. Moreover, the feedback to it was good — people truly liked it. Overall, we were happy with Hexavideos’ work. The team handled everything and provided us with a 360 solution. If we were to do another video, we’d contact them again. 

How did Hexavideos perform from a project management standpoint?

The team was highly responsive and professional. To communicate, we used Slack. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hexavideos was responsive and proactive. They could deliver quickly even on tight deadlines.
