The results are hardly measurable

Hexagon Agency worked productively and was really invested in the project. They also respond to our needs and requests. There were a couple minor delays that didn't affect our work process generally, and they responded quickly to our sometimes urgent requests, some of which may not have been planned beforehand, which was much appreciated.

Response to our request,good understanding of subject matter which can be tricky or complicated for some, and exceeding our expectations in terms of the quality of the delivered materials.

We had minor issues with planning work on some deliverables - some were faulty planning on our side, some on the side of Hexagon. Overall though, even if we were slightly behind schedule on some materials, the delay was insignificant and didn't affect us or our campaign.

Hexagon Agency provided UI/UX design services. After providing them with a brief and explaining our requirements, they proceeded with the work, which mainly involved defining our user persona. They also helped us identify the steps involved in the overall process and the funds required to build our platform.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With Hexagon Agency’s help, we created a platform that’s simple and easy to use, especially for people who are not familiar with blockchain or crypto. They also helped build a web dashboard that manages the whole lifecycle of an investment. Overall, they did a good job, and we loved the results.

How did Hexagon Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They met all deadlines, and we had weekly meetings in order to review the progress, discuss new topics, and share some documents. We used Figma to create and share designs. For communication, we used Slack.

We were impressed with their extensive experience. We also learned a lot from them through our conversations.

I can’t think of anything that Hexagon Agency could’ve improved on.

I'm the product manager of an online gambling platform.

We have been running the site under the same layout since 2014. It was about time to give it an entirely new UX/UI and make it much more mobile-friendly. We also needed to develop a proper design system since the old site hasn't it.

A project manager from a different product of our company said they rock and recommended them to us.

The project consisted of designing about 40 pages covering the majority of the site and creating UI KIT following the standards of our company design system. After a few briefing and brainstorming sessions, Hexagon started its research while we were providing more details about each area of the site. We also discussed the user journey and pointed out the main competitors for us to keep on track.

The first delivery was the sitemap and the mapping of the main components. After some mockups, we agreed on the site's primary structure and moved to the proper page design. They worked on four screen resolution breakdowns

• and full screen.

In the meantime, they were creating the UI KIT. Regarding communication, we had weekly meetings to catch up on the project progress and many conversations through a slack channel.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is in the development phase, and so far, the collaboration between Hexagon and the programmers has been great. We showed the design to some stakeholders, and it was highly approved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In the beginning, communication was not 100% fluid (primarily because of the Ukraine War), but after the first weeks, we made a lot of improvements, and I can say all the processes ran smoothie. They were always prompt to respond, and the approvals process happened quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is their passion for what they do. Hexagon can't rest satisfied with a little. They work on details to deliver what they believe it's the best. Other strengths are their flexibility and knowledge both in design and development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they could have dived more into the project KPIs and research, but they delivered a top-notch project, and I'm delighted with the final result. We'll still evolve the site hand to hand.

As stated above. We were more than satisfied with the products that were delivered, which consistently arrived on time and on budget. Communication was also very good.

The overall project management style has been quite relaxed while still maintaining professional conduct. As already stated communication has been outstanding throughout the various projects we have worked on together.

The team at hexagon adapted to our working style and were always very flexible in their meeting schedules. They worked overtime without complaint to ensure that deadlines were kept and worked late into the night when required to ensure products were launched succesfully. They also shared technical knowledge, As well as recommending and expaining how to use certain free software to support our project.

The team have always responded quickly to any bugs or problems we have highlighted.

In the history of our cooperation, as a rule, a few persons have worked for the hexagon team. We needed to do a redesign of the biggest e-commerce site in Kazakhstan. The site had a complex structure and functional requirements, so there was little room for major changes.

We needed to create an updated design of the platform that would be compatible with the existing backend solution, maintain all functionality and user flows, and create a refreshed look simultaneously. We were trying to keep the core of the platform the same while changing the image.
