Vaibhav, Harpreet and the team developed several web app tools and screens within Bubble for a project management app. The team was able to work through all issues and provide purposeful suggestions throughout the process.

Vaibhav made the entire process much easier than it should have been. Each task was completed within a timely manner and he communicated all questions/concerns throughout the entire process. They provided valuable insight into multiple areas that I had not considered during my initial build.

I’m the owner-operator of an IT consulting company. We work with our customers to fulfill their technology needs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hestabit Technologies?

We needed someone to help us develop an app that our client could use for data collection and analysis.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hestabit Technologies provides web and mobile app development. First, we brought them our existing Python app for them to convert into a PHP app. They then built upon the PHP app and created the UI design.

The app allows the user to import data from Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software. One of its other functionalities is the ability to create graphs using PHP. The app is available on all platforms, including web, iOS, and Android. 

Hestabit Technologies continues to improve upon the app. They also now act as our DevOps team and manage our source repository.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Rahul (Project Manager), but we’ve directly worked with around seven teammates, including a sales representative and a few developers.

How did you come to work with Hestabit Technologies?

A friend recommended Hestabit Technologies to me, so I interviewed them. What made me choose them was the skill level of their developers.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in July 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve been offering the app to our client for at least six months now, and our client uses it every day. The team is actively fixing bugs as they come up, but the app is functional overall.

How did Hestabit Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed very well in terms of project management. To communicate, we primarily use Slack and Trello. We also use emails for invoices.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Hestabit Technologies team is very proactive about adding requested features and solving problems. If I have any questions, they follow up with their own questions that really make me consider the best option.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It took some time for us to be on the same page regarding communication and working styles. However, we’re now at the point where everything flows smoothly.

Have everything lined out exactly how you want it. If you have a clear idea in your head, you’ll communicate your vision better, and everything will come out faster.
