I am a Director of a software development agency, Plank.ai. Plank create web and mobile applications as well as working with data and in automation.

We were looking for an agency to help us with our brand position and marketing efforts as well as being able to offer these services to our own clients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After speaking with a variety of agencies through various marketplaces I was introduced to Scarlett by a colleague.

We were looking for support with paid media for both Plank and a number of our clients. We also wanted a clear digital strategy to help us solidify our brand and market position. Hertford were actually the ones who first made us aware of Clutch.

We worked directly with both of the co-founders as well as one of Hertford Media's graphic designers

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Hertford introduced us to a design agency who helped rebrand our company, they were closely connected with the whole process of the rebrand offering suggestions and guidance the entire way through. They also helped create content and offer paid media for some of the brands that we were developing web projects for. These brands were extremely happy with the outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Highly effective, we have open channels of communication with all of the key contacts at the agency who are always able to help us out at short notice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Throughout our encounter, Hertford Media LTD was highly responsive, knowledgeable, concise, and enthusiastic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, I look forward to working with them on an ongoing basis.

I'm co-founder of a performance marketing agency, we specialise in managing paid media campaigns, like Facebook ads, particularly for lead gen and Ecom projects.

We've been working with Hertford for many years now, they're our first port of call when we need high-end video content, photography, or product content. We need content that pops well on Social, and Hertford really understand how to properly present a product through digital marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We we introduced by a trusted friend, and after seeing some of their previous work, partnering with them was a no-brainer.

They have a very consultive approach, no details are missed or overlooked. They take care of all the heavy lifting, and are true experts at what they do, so they guide the entire process from location, scripting, editing, and how to then best use that content.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Scarlett, and a have worked with a few of her team as well. They're all super easy to get along with and very responsive to feedback.

We've always found that the campaigns we've ran with their content and strategy does very well, they know how to analyse the impact that content has had, and then improve and optimise that.

They're very structured, process driven, responsiveness, and have never missed a deadline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Many agencies in their area are run by kids that don't know what they're doing, but Hertford operates with a level of maturity and experience that's hard to come by in digital marketing, whilst still having their finger very firmly on the pulse.
