I’m the VP of creative development at Sesame Workshop, a nonprofit organization that creates educational media, including Sesame Street, to help children worldwide learn and grow through TV, digital content, books, and community programs.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Hero4Hire Creative to accomplish for Sesame Workshop?

We hired Hero4Hire Creative to produce and deliver animated videos that helped further our mission to help kids grow smarter, stronger, and kinder.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

One example of their work was a video called The Kitchen Crew, which they pitched and then handled from start to finish, including scripts, music, live-action production, and animation. The result was a short video for preschoolers exhibited on our Sesame Studios YouTube channel.

Hero4Hire Creative also produced other videos for us, including animation tests, animatics, and parent/teacher-directed videos to be used in formal learning and professional development settings. They fully produced these videos, although we supplied the scripts and some assets.

We got 5.6 million organic video views on YouTube.

Project management was excellent; they delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Samaritans provides lifesaving suicide prevention services to all who need support in Greater Boston and beyond. Each day, Samaritans staff and volunteers answer hundreds of calls and texts from people in crisis or in need of a compassionate connection. We also offer support groups for those affected by suicide and training that helps schools and communities prevent suicide. Together, we’re creating a world without suicide, one connection at a time.

We requested three different videos that will be used for our social media, website, and presentations we give in our community. These videos would be discussing: What is Hey Sam, Befriending and What happens when you text Hey Sam.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Met all of the project milestones on time while creating extremely engaging and incredible work. We are extremely happy with the outcome of this project and will be launching it in September 2026.

The team consistently met deadlines, communicated effectively, and was a dream to work with. Their passion for creating mixed with their extremely organzied work style was a dream!

What drew us to Hero4Hire was their portfolio, they created incredibly engaging work that fit into a varity of different budgets, types of projects and mediums. Allison and Evan were fablous to work with, very responsive to our ideas while helping put a creative twist on them.

I cannot think of anything to improve, we truly had an incredible expirence working with Hero4Hire and hope to work with them again!

I am the Founder of Netta Startup Studio. We invest in and actively operate alongside a curated cohort of Israeli founders, providing them with the US execution layer they need to scale. We serve as their US-based operational twin, embedded in strategy, go-to-market, and business development from day one.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hero4Hire Creative?

I wanted to convey the message of the companies and their technology's value proposition via an animated story and video, both for investors and for potential customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hero4Hire Creative created full 90-second animated videos that told the story of the company with a voiceover, covering the Why, How, and What. The videos were geared towards investors and customers. They handled everything, including polishing the story, writing it in a creative, clear, and simple way, as well as voiceover, background music, animation, and all aspects in between.

I knew the co-founder.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hero4Hire Creative shared progress on a weekly basis and worked with us on approvals and iterations throughout the project. We always knew where we were, what was left, and what was next. After the video was completed, we saw immediate and growing impact, including increased investor and client engagement, greater awareness of the company and technology, and invitations to podcasts and PR opportunities. The results were clear and significant without the need for formal tracking.

Their project and production management skills are outstanding. The project manager always communicated with us and solved problems as they arose. The project was completed on time and on budget.
