 I am the Sr. Director Supply Side Product & Engineering of an ecommerce company

We are an eCommerce platform connecting sellers and buyers to trade current culture products such as sneakers, apparel and collectibles.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The Heits team supports many of our engineering teams delivering our native mobile applications, website, most of our backend and operational services such as for our supply chain area, and in quality engineering across all of our systems.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were multiple projects that the team members worked on. Several of them contributed to our Flex initiative which allows us to consign inventory and ship pre-verified products out much faster than our traditional model. 

Heits team members contributed to many different aspects of Flex from the front end experience to our order management to fullfilling and shipping the order. This new initiative exceeded Q4 plans post-launch in 2023 and has consistently overperformed from a volume standpoint in 2024.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Heits resources consistently deliver their work on time. They show good urgency around their tasks and are willing to help other team members when the need arises. They are typically very willing to pick up new and challenging tasks. They display a very positive attitude and overall desire to help us succeed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They put a lot of care into the relationship and are transparent around any challenges they are facing. They know the company well and generally know the skill set and skill level needed for their team members to be successful here.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HEITS.digital could have done differently?

Nothing major jumps out. There have been times when replacement resources have taken a bit to find, but I would not consider this a major problem.
