Success indicators: A stronger and more recognisable brand presence across both physical and digital touchpoints; a more professional and user-friendly website with clearer messaging; and the ability to roll out new materials more quickly and consistently through the ongoing design partnership.

Heights were extremely diligent and clear in their communication, favouring Slack but also using calls where we preferred. While the project timeline did stretch, this was due to their desire to more perfectly meet our desires, rather than any lag on their part. Elena in particular was a painstaking project manager. Where we had additional requests, they were carefully considered and delivered on.

Their willingness to supply new options or alternatives when we were having trouble deciding. We also really respected their ability to push back when we made design decisions that did not align with their vision. It felt like we were in the hands of experts who were capable of flexibility but wouldn't compromise on quality for the sake of an easy answer.

I have already complimented their strong stances; in some cases, however, a little more flex (around items like colour) might have led to fewer iterations to get to the end result. However, it's hard to be certain that that would have been the outcome.

We initially engaged Heights Digital in 2021 to assist with setting up our Instagram and Facebook pages for the launch of our business and to promote a book that was launched by our founder. Digital heights created the initial social media strategy along with regular posting. In 2022, we re-engaged them to add a shopping cart to a pre-existing WordPress site to coincide with the launch of a product range. Along with integrating a shopping cart, new product pages had to be built, and the website required a total overhaul - including strategy, branding and marketing. Subsquently we engaged Heights Digital to also create a landing page, marketing campaign and manage paid ads on Meta. They have also worked on a number of email campaigns from initial strategy to execution. Heights Digital has also assisted with ongoing maintenance of our website, including any updates.
