• Detailed information of each project: land information, brokers, photos, neighborhoods, quotation...

• The customer saved and managed real estate information system and employee management on different platforms, which makes it difficult to manage and especially time consuming in retrieving data from many sources. This web has helped our company reduce time management and effort on multiple apps and store large amounts of data (including detailed images), which is convenient for data retrieval.

• Previously, customers had difficulty in increasing interaction between users & brands, especially home users. The idea of scanning children's fingerprints through photos helps bring good interactions with parents in the long run.

I am a web developer. My company is called The Web Doc. We make websites for businesses of all different industries.

I asked them to help me with a website for a company that specializes in steel windows, showers and mirriors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had a meeting with Tung to get to know him and we built a bond. I felt like I can trust him and his team for a project and we built our relationship there. I enjoyed working with him and his team and also can consider them as friends too.

I got the assets from the client, designs, and provided wireframes. This was my first time doing something like this and they took care of me very well.

If I remember, I think it was 3 and there behind the scenes team as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I loved how generous and flexible they are. I do my best to respect their time and boundaries but they are also very generous at the same time. Friendly people who I will recommend to anyone. They work with big and amazing projects but for them to also work together with me in my early stages in business, I am grateful for them and their team.

They are good at following up and reminding me on things. They are patient and professional but also fun to work with. We are good at communicating.

The wide range of expertise, how we can work smoothly with the time difference and how we are able to communicate to get things to the final desired product.

As mentioned, this is my first project with them and we talked about how we can improve the next time. We are good at communicating things with each other.

For what projects/services did your company hire HBLAB JSC?

Lexicon services clients across multiple industries. Projects and industries that HBLAB JSC will assist Lexicon with include: insurance, banking, superannuation, mining.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When selecting vendors, we specifially looked at providers within the Vietnam region. Further to this, we found that HBLAB JSC's software delivery principles and core values wereare highly aligned with ours.

The typical lifecycle of our projects include the

1. Discovery phase  - where we aim to understand the what and the way; unpacking what the team is required to build. Discoveries do not always require the entire team nonetheless do require input from product, technology, design and business stakeholders.
2. Inception phase - unpacking the how. Off the back of this phase, the team must be able to commence developing a plan and validating the types of discussions that need to take place in order to get things moving.
3. Refinement and review phases - during the delivery of the project, the team will review its progress and periodically present back to the business (and/or group that define success for the team). This ensure that the progress is tracking as planned and the team is continuously delivering value. Course corrections can additionally be identified early on.

We worked with two members of the vendor’s team including the Business Development Director and our dedicated Account Executive

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The partnership is still relatively new. We have are yet to achieve the outcomes we have set out. Nonetheless, the current trend and signs are very positive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both parties’ ways of working and core values are aligned, therefore there have been no issues when it comes to integrating HBLAB JSC team members so far. There are inevitably some cultural differences that we must work through, however so far all has been manageable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have been extremely impressed with HBLAB JSC’s ability to pivot rapidly. As our customer demands and required skillsets change often and quickly, HBLAB JSC have been able to cope. An exmample of this would be our initial requirment of JAVA Developers and then a sudden requirement of React Developers. HBLABS JSC have been very responsive to change and easy to work alongside.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, whilst Lexicon screens all candidates prior to having them complete the technical interview, there are a significant number that do not pass this technical stage. HBLAB JSC could definitely be unpacking candidates’ technical ability in more depth prior to passing them onto us. This would safeguarded less fail rates and be more time and resources effective.
