For what projects/services did your company hire Hazel Oliver Creative, and what were your goals?

We needed listing videos that were better than 99% of other listing videos. Videos we would actually be proud to show our clients and the public.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had talked with a few different people. However, we saw her work for another organization and it was very well done. We thought it could translate to our business and it did.

We started with an initial consultation where we discussed other listing videos, what we liked and did not like about them, and then what we were going to do. We then went to the house on the specified day and shot the video. Within 2 days the video was turned back around and ready for us.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Hazel (Producer, Founder & CEO). She really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the video and she was very receptive to any changes we requested. The first version was great. The final version with a few tweaks really looked good.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have different marketing channels where we use our videos. Every channel showed significant view increase and watch time with our listing videos than had previous when we were not working with Hazel Oliver Creative

We always knew what to expect and when to expect our video work. Never had any issues getting in touch with Hazel.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Willingness to do a better job than just the plain old boring listing video. Hazel is the best!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. Hazel did a wonderful job, and I would not hesitate to call her again for any future projects.

We hired Hazel Oliver Creative to produce countdown videos for our social media to launch our brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We with Hazel and things just clicked. She understood our vision and promised her company would bring it to life.

I found Hazel Oliver Creative on Bumble Business. We then set up an initial phone call and talked about what we were looking for and our ideas behind how to launch our brand. We met in person to discuss more in depth and by the end of that meeting I was confident that Hazel and her team had our best interests at heart. From there we coordinated on the vision of the shoot, models, and locations. The shoot went perfectly and they got exactly what we needed. Then the editing process took a few weeks and we were blown away. It was even better than we had imagined.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with Hazel from the start. She was very reliable, flexible, and knowledgeable. We didn’t have much notes on how the shoot went or how the edits turned out because like I said before she took our vision and made it a reality.

We decided to go with Hazel Oliver Creative because it was female run and Hazel met with us personally. She managed our project from start to finish and made sure it went smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t believe there are any areas of improvement. Our project was smooth from start to finish. Communication was great. They really took our vision and made it a reality. We could not be happier with our experience of working with Hazel and the Hazel Oliver Creative team.
