I communicate directly with the CEO and we talk a lot about ways to develop cooperation and joint work between the two companies. I also worked directly with the project manager, Fadi, one of the most professional and committed people in the implementation process.

Our tam searched for branding agencies, we looked at different companies, taking into onsideration thier website, portfolio, and past clients. We ended up choosing this vendor because we liked thier website the most.

The process began with a series of discovery sessions, where they spoke with the majority of our internal team members, ranging from our account maagers all the way to our CEO. They spent a large deal time listining to us, learing about our company, and really coming understand the goals and visions for our brand.

We worked diectly with their manager, which was great, knowing that thier top executives were involed. I also worked with their project manager.

Everyone within our company loves the brand package and our new rand identity has been radily accepted by our investors.

I have worked with them on many projects and many brands and websites and they have always been so supportive and professional.

In our kickoff meeting, I have described our ultimate goals for our website and in the long term and what is the designing capabilities and styles we are willing to have and regarding technologies used in the project we have allowed them to go but our only concern was security and they have taken care of it.

I had three people from the vendor team working with me Mr. Mohammad as the team lead and Fady the project manager and Miss Doaa as the content developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As we have just finished our project and started our marketing campaigns we have really found out that there is good feedback from some of our clients who have visited our website. but we cant provide numbers on but unmeasurable feedback is very good.

Regarding the tools, they use their own developed project management tool and I was getting emails on frequent updates and meanwhile having time to time chats via WhatsApp with the project manager. the most useful thing they did for us was the training on using the website control panel via Loom was so useful and easy to understand.

They were lean, supportive, and they had outstanding graphic design abilities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest having a better and more clear timeline of tasks and milestones on the projects might be so helpful.

I’m a program manager for an incubator. We offer consultation services to startups, small businesses, and freelancers.

Haweya helped us implement different entrepreneurship events, including boot camps and hackathons. We use unique collateral at each one of these activities, like posters, brochures, documents, and infographics. Haweya has also produced social media content for us, including videos.

The team size varies. If we’re preparing brochures and other materials for events, we’ll work with 3–7 people at once. We typically work with 1–2 people from Haweya. I believe they may use more people behind the scenes.

They’re a well-known company, and they have a branch in Gaza. They were recommended to us by one of our clients. We spoke to multiple companies, and Haweya was the best fit for our requirements.
