Our collaboration with the agency spans several key areas, including technical SEO, website optimization, and content marketing. They handle the creation of product and category descriptions, as well as blog articles and other SEO-driven content essential for improving our search engine visibility. Their work is always aligned with our brand’s tone of voice and strategic goals. In addition, the agency developed a comprehensive brand book (visual identity guidelines) and a content marketing strategy that supports long-term growth and strengthens our online presence.

Developing the key visual and content marketing strategy provided a strong foundation for aligning all project activities with our strategic goals. SEO and content efforts significantly improved brand visibility, recognition, and audience engagement, supporting long-term growth.

Their work included technical SEO, content development, and ongoing content expansion. The collaboration was based on the strategic direction I had set, with a focus on aligning SEO efforts with business goals. Harbingers supported the implementation of this strategy through detailed keyword research, optimization of existing content, and the creation of new high-performing landing pages. 
They also provided technical audits and recommendations to improve site structure, speed, and crawlability. In addition, they contributed to improving internal linking and implementing SEO best practices across all content formats. Their team worked closely with ours to ensure full alignment on priorities and timelines. The collaboration helped us strengthen our SEO foundation and drive measurable growth in organic performance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the most measurable successes of the project was the smooth website migration. The biggest win in this area was the improved ranking of articles that, for a long time on the previous site, were unable to break into the TOP 10 search results. This demonstrated that the proper optimization of the new website had a very positive impact on how Google perceives the new domain. As a result, we saw a 216% increase in visibility in the TOP 3 positions. In addition to this, the project led to a significant increase in organic traffic and user engagement on the e-commerce pharmacy platform, confirming the effectiveness of the implemented SEO and content strategies.

Yes, the project management was very effective. Harbingers delivered all elements on time and maintained excellent communication throughout the collaboration. They quickly became an integral part of the team I was managing, seamlessly integrating into our workflow. There were no major areas requiring improvement. Throughout the collaboration, I made small adjustments and optimizations as needed, and Harbingers were very responsive to feedback. They consistently asked the right questions and often took the initiative to suggest improvements themselves. This proactive approach made the cooperation smooth and efficient, with continuous refinement happening naturally as part of the process.

While we're hard-pressed to identify areas for improvement, in isolated instances like naming or graphic element discussions, where we struggled to find common ground, Harbingers could have potentially involved an additional team member to provide fresh perspective and break creative deadlocks.
