We needed a good fulfillment center and shipping service so we decided to go with HappyParcel because they offered quite good prices in the US market.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mainly the how well they are communicating with their clients and the prices of fulfilling the products.

It was a very easy & fast onboarding process, shortly I was able to send the products to their fulfillment center and they pretty much did everything else to make sure that my website & their system sync up properly so they could see the orders and ship the products right away.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Mainly 3 - my account manager and then 2 fulfillment center employees that overlook all of my shipments.

Most of the orders were shipped on time and everything seem normal.

They communicate quite fast, they are flexible with using both phone and email for communication so I was super happy about it.

Their communication style is very versatile and fast.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, EU shipping prices weren't the best, but if you're in the US market they offer pretty good prices.

Our main goal is kitting and fulfilling our various subscription boxes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor after noticing a great attention to customer's need and clear communication. What we can expect and what we cannot. Price is also reasonable.

We interact daily about the fulfillment and app issues, everything is solved very smooth and fast. If something takes more time than expected - we are updated right away.

We have 3 points of contact with Happy Parcel: a warehouse manager, project manager and a great delivery specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All our requests are fulfilled in a 24 hours time. It's amazing.

We mostly use email messages to solve issues, in extraordinary cases we use video calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're very impressed with the way they process new tasks. We ask to do something - the next day they say it's done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes we struggle with special express orders for our influencers as they take too long to deliver, but we are working on a solution for this with Happy Parcel.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Integration of systems into fulfilment systems is very fast and smooth. They have processed how to test all new SKU's we need to add and extremely low % of mistakes during the fulfilment process.

Was and smooth. All processes clearly described and works well.

open minded. Never hear an answer - impossible.

Would mention anything. I think they are always ahead of us.
