I’m the CEO and owner of Chrome Battery, an e-commerce company. We sell power sports batteries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hands Down Studios?

We needed a company that could produce a 3D animated film for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hands Down Studios created a 3D animated character as well as an animated film, which showcases the durability and features of our batteries as well as the process in which they are made. They provided all of the equipment and studios and handled all post-production work.

The video is posted on over 78,000 product listings across our Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Overstock stores.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact was their project manager, but I also worked with 4-5 other people from Hands Down Studios.

How did you come to work with Hands Down Studios?

I came across Hands Down Studios through an online search.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March 2019-March 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve received a lot of positive feedback on the video. I definitely believe that the video has helped increase our sales and keep our company growing.
 
How did Hands Down Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Hands Down Studios performed incredibly well in terms of project management. We used Basecamp for project management and Slack, email, and phone calls for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hands Down Studios was extremely dedicated and detail-oriented. They took the time to get to know our products, and they did an incredible job of working with us on the video’s concept before we started the project. They’re also very cost-effective and easy to work with.
