I was introduced to Mike through a consultant I had worked with previously. We needed assistance to migrate two subsidiaries onto the Group ERP in a short space of time. Mike was able to quickly get up to speed with the intricacies of each market, summarise a range of options with recommendations, and complete the migrations quickly and accurately. Since then, we have welcomed Mike's advice on how to better manage our existing system stack and start thinking about what a future state should look like.

I’m the SVP of operations at Citrus Health Group. We’re a boutique consultancy that helps life sciences companies optimize commercial development and launch success through strategic services in commercialization, medical affairs, market access, and scientific communications.

What challenge were you trying to address with Haile Solutions LLC?

We needed a team who was very familiar with accounting-level finances within Deltek WorkBook who could help us ensure the finances in the system were aligning with the type of revenue recognition/accounting we were doing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Haile Solutions LLC has helped us through many scenarios, including launching a new company within our instance of Deltek WorkBook, troubleshooting complex finance issues we’ve run into within Deltek WorkBook, creating unique reports within Deltek WorkBook, and developing and testing new streamlined solutions within WorkBook (using automated workflows and AI).

Someone referred Haile Solutions LLC to me. I chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and I had previous experience working with Mike.

We started working with them in October 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Haile Solutions LLC, we’ve been able to turn finances around in WorkBook and feel much more confident that the types of calculations the system is using and the data output we’re getting are in alignment with the way we’re required to report finances to our investors.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their level of understanding on the finance side is impressive. They have former accountants on their team, which has been essential in verifying that the data we’re importing at each launch of a new company in Deltek WorkBook is accurate and will be usable once uploaded.

Incredible level of accountability, expertise and trust - we can always trust that Mike and his team represents our company on the same level as any of our in-house Project Managers and Project Coordinators. 

Successful implementation project deliveries and project coordination, with excellent client-vendor relationships. It's always easy to work with Mike and his team.

They always deliver the projects to our standards, on time budget and scope where possible. Our needs are always well taken care of as if they were their own.
