In short time, Cody and his team we're able to understand and meet the needs of our request. GCS was asked to reveiw certain aspects of our daily managment process and provide rapid insight and options to generate large scale imrpovements. GCS was transparent, honest and quick with communicaitons and never hestitated to make changes or provide parrallel options during beta testing. They met and in some cases excelled in thier deliverables and targets.

We are a 24/7/365 business that relies on our technology and communciation tools heavily. When something is not working or we need things, we need them yesterday. GCS has shown the ability to adapt, adjust and respond quickly to our needs. This is an extrememly valuable attribute that Cody and his Team has.

Cody and Mike are very responsive to our needs and delivering results. Sometimes the expectations are unrealistic and I always tell them it is their fault. They have exceeded these timely request majority of the time.

A couple of things stick out to me that impresses me about GCS:

They truly care about, not only their people, but the people on our Team as well. Cody and Mike have personally built relationship with many on our team.
They truly care about our company and help get us to the next level. It is a true partnership and they put in the thought to give solutions to challenging requests.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gulf Coast Solutions could have done differently?

This is not really an area of improvement but more so a area of awareness. Cody and his Team have always done a great job on keeping a personal touch with us. I know as we all aspire to grow which is the name of the game. Don't lose focus on the simple things that have built the reputation they have now. Keep a personal touch, respond and adapt to customers needs and ALWAYS offer your experience, expertise and thoughts as an option. Those are valuable items that seem to get lost in today's world.

Our company has been using the Mach1 product for 7 years. It is by far the best product available for construction companies working in the Oil/Gas and Chemical space. What is even better is that it is completely customizable. The developers at GCS are responsive to enhancement requests and give you realistic expectations on the time those changes may take. Michelle, in particular is very thorough resulting in little to no rework. I highly recommend GCS as a partner!
