Sohail and his team (Daniel) helped us and we provided the documents they needed. Sohail and his team (Daniel) successfully completed our Personal and Business  taxes while ensuring everything was thorough and We are happy with the results.

They were terrible, unprofessional, and had no recollection of details shared. Every meeting was a surprise to the accountant, as if they were hearing details of the case for the first time. They kept giving me the run around, misinformed me on steps I needed to take, and managed to delay my timeline by months.

they outsource everything, doesn't seem like a legitimate business.

Stop assigning junior accountants to cases that require attention to detail. Maybe get a CRM to help you track simple information about your client so your accontants aren't asking silly questions - total loss of confidence in the accountant and the firm.
