It’s a minor tweak, though, since their core service was spot-on. Overall, they exceeded my expectations.

Cost and time reductions and helped avoid any penalties from passed late filings. All forms were updated and filed properly. Above all, our worry and anxiety were reduced to zero just based on the services they provided to us.

It was well-organized. I have to follow-up at the start to get the authorization access to my Business account. I was able to integrate them into my accounting software and CRA account that they utilized for proper tax filing. They respond within an hour or within minutes. GTA prepared my corporate taxes, submitted the tax return to CRA in a timely fashion.  This task was made more difficult, as the version of QuickBooks that I use has less function than the current version.  GTA had to import my QB data and make up for any definciencies. After the tax return was completed, they created a list of General Journal entries for me to update my data to match the tax return.  They also went the extra mile to "clean up" my books for easier tracking of investment transactions.

I was very impressed with their attention to detail and assistance in looking after my financial data.  I felt that my information was secure in their data portal.

If I upload data to their portal, I don't have the ability to delete it.  I sometimes need to do that in the case where there is an update to the file that got uploaded.  This results iin file names that are only differentiated by a number added on to the file name.  This could be a source of confusion for GTA.
