The vendor built and designed my product page from scratch and recreated it as the primary landing page for my website given our A.I. product is one of the most significant elements for our portfolio of services. Since the design of my product page, Google has also alerted me to the high frequency of visitors and engagement on my website with the average time spent being 4:33. 
The former also led to inquiries and calls on my site for extended services and/or LinkedIn outreach directly from my product page's social media links.

1. More engagement on my page per Google analytics
2. Favorable conversion rate as a result of the increase in website traffic above
3. Qualitative feedback from my network that praised the finished product as being "exceptional", "innovative" and "informative"

Vendor was very responsive and would notify me immediately if he observed something that required follow-up or clarification. He exceeded my timeline expectations given his attention to detail and insight to my industry needs to best represent my product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

His receptiveness to creativity and First Class professionalism, no matter the task, the vendor encouraged solutions to get optimal results. The vendor demonstrated a genuine level of interest for my product design and it showed given the increased conversion rate ultimately.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Gro.X could have done differently?

Not at all but maybe clone the company. Because many professionals lack this company's approach, which made them a joy to work with.

I’m the head of growth marketing for Pearl Talent. We connect top international talent with US companies, offering white-glove recruitment services to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

We needed help with conversion rate optimization and overall web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gro.X developed our website, including intake forms, home pages, and role landing pages. The team also conducted A/B testing on the site overall.

Their overall process was smooth, started with an onboarding to a client portal and interviewed us to understand our business model better. Continuous communication was done through slack and video calls. They were good with deadlines.

They had a really strong focus on actually understanding our business model and customers, which is rare to find in most marketing/web design companies. They took the necessary steps to deeply understand our ICPs and competitive landscape and then came up with a high-converting strategy that worked.
