They was very professional and organized. We receive monthly reports with all the progress, rankings and traffic data. When we have questions they always respond fast, usually same day. They deliver everything on time and keep us updated about what they doing and why. Communication was really good, they explain things in a way that is easy to understand even if you dont have technical SEO knowledge.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impress me most is their transparency and the way they approach the work. They dont just do things without explaining - they always tell us what strategy they use and why it should work. Also their knowledge of Romanian market and Google algorithm is very good. They understand that we are a niche business and they create a custom strategy for us, not just a generic SEO package.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Growwwise could have done differently?

Nothing major to complain about. Maybe in the beginning I wish they explain more about the timeline, because SEO take time and I was expecting faster results at first. But after they explain how it works I understand. Overall is really nothing significant to change.
