We needed help building a marketing team from scratch and creating a profitable business.

Growth Therapist provides executive consultancy and team members. The team manages our creative team and ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple. Growth Therapist mainly focuses on planning, strategy, and execution of ad campaigns.

We found Growth Therapist through a YouTube video. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Growth Therapist in December 2025, and our engagement ended in June 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve scaled our revenue to seven figures over the course of our engagement, driven by paid acquisition rather than one-off spikes. We’ve also built our marketing organization and its operating philosophy from scratch, including how we structure tests, judge creative, and decide what gets budget. This framework outlasts any single campaign.Moreover, we’ve worked on reporting to a level of detail most teams skip, including channel, campaign, creative, cost, and the full path from ad spend to subscription revenue. This has given us the confidence to move budget fast and the discipline to kill things that aren’t working.Additionally, we’ve anchored our metric to D0 ROAS and brought it close to 30% consistently across channels. At that level, the payback math works: we recover a meaningful share of spend on day one, and the rest of the cost curve becomes upside rather than a gamble. That’s what has allowed us to scale spend confidently and reach seven-figure annual revenue.Finally, we’ve built our team together, which has created a culture that helps our marketing results and decision-making processes. We’ve organized our team around a single shared metric rather than around channels. Everyone — media buying, creative, and analytics — is judged against the same D0 ROAS target, so there’s no situation where one function looks successful while the business isn’t. That alone removes most of the internal debate.

Samet conducted a comprehensive analysis of our performance marketing content, starting with a status quo assessment and providing an optimization proposal. He introduced new tools to enhance efficiency and demonstrated workflow improvements. Additionally, he focused on SKAN tracking and iOS optimization to refine our performance marketing strategy.

Thanks to Samet, we now have a much clearer overview of the performance of our OM creatives, a strong understanding of the tool landscape for video analysis and video production, and a better framework for structuring our future OM creative processes.

Samet was tasked with developing our User Aquisition stragetgy and this was built around moving fast, identifying trends in data that would allow us to scale quickly and move to our key markets. Samet was tasked with creating and scaling successful ROAS and Purchase campaigns in our key markets. Focusing on an aggressive return window.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Samet helped us create a strategy and campaigns that allowed us to find incredible UA cohorts that provided us with 100% ROAS by as early as D28 in our key market, the US! Working with Samet allowed us to speed up our UA approach significantly. He helped us identify significant indicators in our data that allowed us to push to our Tier 1 markets faster and thus saved us significant spending.Working with Samet was incredibly enjoyable. 
He worked to understand our product intimately, and the creatives he ran resonated perfectly with our audience. The outcomes allowed us to shift our focus to other key areas of the game, as we were confident that we could find our audience easily and profitably.
