Location (CA) and hours of operation (East Coast + West Coast). Cost was important. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a great communicator. Fair prices.

Before we built out our new website, Chris helped us audit our online audience and behavior. He then met with us to establish the goals of the website - what we wanted a visitor to do when they were there, how we provided them with more information, and how we moved them to become a customer. He helped with input of the design and CX, and then trained our sales team on how to manage the sales funnels that come in.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website was built on a more stable platform, we increased traffic to the site, increased the number of inbound leads, increased the conversion rate of prospect-to-tentative-to-definite, and increased our sales by 34% over pre-COVID PY.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seamless workflow. It was like having their team in the same room as my team. Will is on-point, Katrina was always available, and Chris is the first owner/founder I've met that made himself TRULY available 24/7.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Barrier of entry. Talking to Chris the first time made it feel like I was talking to a trusted friend. The confidence and experience were palpable.

I really don't think so. I had such a great experience, and my sales are proof that they know what they're talking about.

I'm the director of customer success and marketing at Optimus Fleet. We're a fleet management software company solution; we provide fleet management software for companies that own and operate commercial fleet vehicles, so trucks, cars, motorcycles, semi-trucks.

Our company has been operating very successfully in Latin America for several years now. In 2019, we decided to enter the American market. During that transition, there was a lot of learning we needed to do, many new processes we needed to set up, and we needed help building a brand image. We also needed help transitioning from our previous CRM solution, which was very inefficient. Growth has helped us with all of those different issues.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We're currently undergoing the projects with them and what we're doing is a full-blown solution on Optimus Fleet. We are also in the process of a complete rebrand from our previous brand. Growth Marketing Firm has helped us identify some key elements of making that brand successful in the country. They have also helped us do competitive analysis to ensure that we're going in the correct direction and ultimately helped us develop a new brand that we think will be more successful.

Furthermore, they're helping us with SEO and analytics; we will soon start our new marketing campaign with Google ads and develop blogs. We're almost done creating all of the blogs that we're posting, and they're coming out incredible — that's going to help us gain confidence in the market, and it's also getting our name out in the market.

Growth Marketing Firm is our partner for all of our marketing needs. In addition, they have also taken a look at our website and been immensely helpful in helping us change it to make it more competitive.

We interact with Chris (CEO) and other members of their team. Occasionally, we also interact with their developers.

I found them on Google research while looking for the top marketing firms in Orlando, and they came up as one of the best. We had a couple of calls with them, and we loved them; I had a great time talking to them. We chose Growth Marketing because they showed us that they had the knowledge that we needed, and they were able to provide us that kind of guidance.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent $10,000–$30,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together on Christmas Eve of 2020, and the partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We're finishing up many of these projects, such as the blog, LinkedIn content, and Google Ads. Once those are up, I'll have some numbers. I can say that their help in our CRM setting up HubSpot throughout the company has helped immensely. Productivity levels shot up through the roof and enhanced our ability to manage the sales team better and keep their KPIs. Also, the number of demos per month that we have with new clients went up significantly, along with the new leads by at least three times. The internal organization has also gone up considerably with their support.

How did Growth Marketing Firm perform from a project management standpoint?

They're brilliant in such a manner that I'm moving to implement their techniques for my company. For communication, we have open lines, and we're always able to call them. They're in Orlando, but we do have a Slack channel that is open 24/7, and my whole team can communicate with them through that. Also, whenever I need to call them for guidance or requests, we can either schedule a meeting or drop it on the Slack channel.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is outstanding; I've gotten many problems with marketing agencies because we tell them we need something, and they don't get what we want. With them, communication is accessible; they're always on top of everything anytime I need something. They handle everything almost immediately, and that's a big deal for us. Also, their team is constantly making themselves available to my team, which is essential from a leadership — anytime one of my field guys needs help, they take care of it straight away.

In addition to that, whenever we don't have answers, they find them for us. They have a personal touch to their services, making the whole team more comfortable dealing with them and a more productive process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't say that there's anything that they could improve on — they're doing a fantastic job.

Any advice for potential customers?

Use the Slack channel; it's a super powerful tool that allows you to have an open way of communication with them. Also, be honest with them and make sure they understand where you are; they will not judge you. Furthermore, be open to the suggestions that they make, and take their advice as much as possible.

The fact that they understood what I was asking for. I struggled to articulate a few details and was less-than-current on the latest HubSpot features (despite being an alumni). They understood completely and put me in the right direction.

The team at Growth has been absolutely stellar to work with and has become an extension of our team. They worked on our website redesign and were immediately able to capture what we were looking for. They checked in with us every step of the way and were very flexible and accommodating with changes and offered solutions to challenges. The other significant project the team worked on was building our library of content and coaching us on establishing our social media presence.

Both of these were done with little direction, but always in collaboration with us and they were always open to feedback. Highly recommend them!
