We started by identifying successes in past campaigns and streamlined new search campaigns to decrease CPA and increase our share of the search volume. We also strategized best targeting methods for video ads. Talked through ideas for what videos and offers would perform best. Luke provided great creative input for the content of the videos. After testing a few videos ideas we determined which worked best and created new iterations of those for new offers and launches to acquire new subscribers.

Since starting with Luke we got 4x total conversions at 42% lower CPA in search campaigns. Luke was able to effectively launch the video ads as a new channel and meet our target CPA which ended up being our most successful customer acquisition channel.

Luke was very clear on timelines and assets needed in order to launch campaigns on time. He always responded to requests within 24 hours as promised in our initial meetings.

Luke's ability to look at our existing campaigns with fresh eyes and identify areas for improvement. He was also full of ideas for how to improve website conversion rate to ultimately help improve the effectiveness of the ads.

Ultimately it came down to Luke having ideas that we weren't able to implement on our site because of limited dev. capabilities on our end. Otherwise he was great.
