I’m the CMO of DCA Outdoor, an outdoor wholesale company. We sell trees, shrubs, and other green materials and supplies for landscaping, garden centers, and homeowners.

What challenges were you trying to address with GrowMojo?

We needed help with SMM (social media marketing) to help expand our brand’s awareness and acquire business leads and customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

GrowMojo has been helping us with SMM campaigns, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. We've started by giving them access to our ad accounts and meeting with them for a kick-off call to describe our business, our products' unique aspects, and our target audience's attributes. We've done this so they can pair that with our existing creative content editing it with meaningful and useful elements for the segment we want to reach and new assets as well.

Currently, GrowMojo's team is mainly focused on managing several local market campaigns in the Greater Kansas City area to ensure the market awareness of one of the companies in our company family. Their tasks include

We work with around six members of GrowMojo's team, including Kendall (Founder), a project manager, video editors, and an ad optimization specialist.

Someone referred GrowMojo to us, and I've worked with them on other projects.

So far, we've spent $25,000–$50,000 with them on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2022, and the engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to GrowMojo’s work, we’ve noticed double and triple-digit increases in engagement, social media followers, and website traffic. In addition, we receive great internal and external feedback on our social media. Overall, their cost-efficiency is great in terms of cost-per-click, which is very favorable. 

How did GrowMojo perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great; the project manager GrowMojo has assigned us coordinates every process, provides reports on every task, and walks us through their work. In addition, they adjust their strategies based on results to optimize their techniques and improve their deliveries. Regarding tools and communication, we use Asana, Google Meet, Zoom, and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

GrowMojo’s ad optimization skills distinguish them from other providers and are the biggest benefit they’ve brought to our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could help me move more quickly in overcoming our challenges with Facebook. Facebook is a challenging platform to work with right now, so having greater access to Facebook and Instagram teams can make me even happier with GrowMojo’s work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a thorough intake meeting with them so they can learn more about your needs. The more details you provide about your goals, the better they’ll prepare for execution.
