We have weekly meetings based on EOS structures, where we discuss pending TO-DOs, issues, and review our scorecard with all the business metrics. Additionally, we keep in touch via Slack (with an almost immediate response from your team) and email. In each new deployment they make, they make sure that no one within the funnel is impacted by the changes.
