It was a complex project and went through a number of stages with different people in charge of each stage.  We had moments of pause in transition but once we began each stage progress moved along quickly and clearly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Delivering a product beyone my expectations. They brought skills and knowledge that added so much that the end product exceeded their goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Grow Wild Agency could have done differently?

There needed to be more clarity about who was in charge at each stage and who are key contact was until their role was completed.  Also, this might be just a personal preference, but I prefer using Microsoft tools for collaborating and working together and wished they were using more of the Microsoft Environment for collaboration.

The project started with wanting our website ADA compliant and to boost our SEO on google. After speaking to the agency we learned so much about how our current website was designed and how redesigning it could help with both SEO and ADA compliance.  So we had them redesign the website as well.  In a matter of weeks, we saw our SEO soar and had an updated professional website that outperformed the old site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In two months our SEO is up 80%, our website is running at optimal speed, and Grow Wild responds quickly to any questions or changes we make.

Their delivery speed was that of no company I've ever worked with in the past.  They made us feel like they were their only client.  Even traveled across the country to meet us in person.

Nothing.  We were 100% pleased, and in most cases astonished, at their knowledge of the industry and the speed in which they produced results.
