The primary objective of the engagement was to provide JARS Digital with a consistent pipeline of qualified conversations, allowing the team to spend more time speaking with relevant prospective clients and less time conducting manual outbound prospecting.

We've been able to generate several strong new client relationships from their efforts. Many are still working with us today. 

Their awesome on communication. We have a dedicated Slack channel and Douglas Chang and the leadership team are always in there responding to requests/questions/etc.

We hired Grow Surely to develop and execute a large-scale outbound email campaign targeting businesses within the specific verticals we identified. Their team handled the entire process, including setting up and managing the email inboxes, developing the messaging and campaign strategy, and executing the outreach. They also followed up with interested prospects and directly booked qualified leads into our HubSpot CRM.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before working with Grow Surely, we attempted to build and execute an outbound email campaign internally, but we struggled to get traction because our emails were consistently landing in spam and junk folders. With Grow Surely, we saw an immediate difference. During the first six months of the campaign, they generated a 44x return on spend and booked hundreds of qualified appointments. As the relationship grew and we saw the results, we expanded the scope of their work, added additional deliverables, and significantly increased our outbound efforts. Their support team was exceptional. We met weekly to review performance, identify opportunities, and make adjustments, and they were consistently proactive in helping us improve results. We also brought their team into an internal Slack channel, which created direct, real-time communication and allowed us to provide instant feedback and collaborate closely. The combination of their strategy, execution, responsiveness, and willingness to operate as an extension of our team made a significant difference in the success of the campaign.

We also invited the Grow Surely team into an internal Slack channel, which became a major advantage in the execution of the campaign. It gave both teams direct, real-time communication and eliminated the delays that often come with traditional agency communication. We could share feedback, make changes, address opportunities, and execute new ideas immediately. This level of access and collaboration allowed Grow Surely to operate as an extension of our team rather than a traditional outside vendor, significantly increasing the speed and efficiency of execution.

The Grow Surely team consistently delivered on the expectations we set from the beginning. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Grow Surely booked nearly 100 meetings with sales leaders in about five months, from companies like Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn, MongoDB, and Datadog. I tracked meetings booked, whether each meeting was with the right level of leader, and follow-up after each conversation in HubSpot. More than a year later, I'm still in regular contact with many of those leaders, and those connections have led to introductions and partnership conversations I couldn't have opened on my own.

How did Grow Surely perform from a project management standpoint?

Excellent. We had a weekly call every Monday, and Adam and Greg were quick to respond in between. After signing in February, they warmed up the sending accounts and had my campaign live in March, right on schedule. When my original offer wasn't landing, they didn't just keep sending. They suggested a new angle, and that's what got the meetings flowing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They care about your results as much as you do. I researched cold email companies for months before choosing Grow Surely, and they were head and shoulders above the rest. Adam and Greg never overpromised, they knew my business, and when something wasn't working they came to me with a better idea. By the end they felt more like partners than a vendor. I've tried other services, and Grow Surely is the one that actually worked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, nothing. They did what they said they would do, and they were straight with me the whole way. My biggest concern when I hired them was "Can I trust them?" and they proved themselves trustworthy and deeply committed to bringing value. Their customer service was unusually good too.
