I’m the founder of Email Magic, LLC. We train B2B sales teams to use email to add value, build relationships, and win deals.

What challenge were you trying to address with Grow Surely?

I was doing all of my outreach myself and spending so much time on it that I couldn't focus on the important parts of the business. I needed to book meetings with senior sales leaders.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Grow Surely became my entire outbound system. The team handled lead research, outreach messaging, email campaigns, and scheduling. Beyond sharing my offer and joining a weekly call, all I did was give them access to my calendar, and meetings showed up on it.

I worked directly with Adam and Greg, the two co-founders.

How did you come to work with Grow Surely?

I found them through a LinkedIn article. I had tried another outreach service before and was disappointed, so I researched my options carefully. Grow Surely offered great value for the cost, and compared to every competitor I looked at, they were by far the most trustworthy. They proved it all the way through, not just at the start.

How much have you invested with them?

I invested between $10,000 and $49,999 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement ran from February 2025 to July 2025 and is complete. I'd work with them again, and I've told Adam that.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Grow Surely booked nearly 100 meetings with sales leaders in about five months, from companies like Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn, MongoDB, and Datadog. I tracked meetings booked, whether each meeting was with the right level of leader, and follow-up after each conversation in HubSpot. More than a year later, I'm still in regular contact with many of those leaders, and those connections have led to introductions and partnership conversations I couldn't have opened on my own.

How did Grow Surely perform from a project management standpoint?

Excellent. We had a weekly call every Monday, and Adam and Greg were quick to respond in between. After signing in February, they warmed up the sending accounts and had my campaign live in March, right on schedule. When my original offer wasn't landing, they didn't just keep sending. They suggested a new angle, and that's what got the meetings flowing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They care about your results as much as you do. I researched cold email companies for months before choosing Grow Surely, and they were head and shoulders above the rest. Adam and Greg never overpromised, they knew my business, and when something wasn't working they came to me with a better idea. By the end they felt more like partners than a vendor. I've tried other services, and Grow Surely is the one that actually worked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, nothing. They did what they said they would do, and they were straight with me the whole way. My biggest concern when I hired them was "Can I trust them?" and they proved themselves trustworthy and deeply committed to bringing value. Their customer service was unusually good too.
