Grow and Convert was pivotal in launching our content/SEO/AEO/GEO strategy. They built out our keyword strategy and produced high-quality content for us for nearly three years. They provided consultation as we developed new programs and offerings and how to translate that into converting content. They were always transparent and provided excellent insights and analytics. They also provided direction and leadership as AI became a key channel, and helped ensure our content was AI-friendly, resulting in 20% of organic conversion coming from AI sources by the end of our engagement.

What impressed me most was how involved the founders were throughout the engagement. This wasn't a relationship where strategy was handed off after the sale. The founders were on our calls, deeply engaged in the work, and genuinely invested in our success. Their expertise and passion for content strategy, SEO, and the evolving impact of AI were evident in every conversation. They brought strong points of view, but they were also willing to challenge their own assumptions and adapt as conditions changed. Our organization went through significant changes during our partnership, and Grow and Convert consistently helped us adjust our strategy to match both our evolving needs and the rapidly changing content landscape. I always felt like I was working directly with experts who not only executed great work, but also helped educate our team and improve our thinking. We had been working with a different agency and not seeing results. Increases in traffic and (more importantly) conversions were negligible. This agency was unable to demonstrate to us — in a concrete way — how we should be setting goals and measuring success. We hired Grow & Convert to help us define a content marketing strategy that would increase our conversions month over month, and continue to deliver consistent results over time.

We also hired them to empower us to execute on that strategy. (This was a unique engagement for them — and a service I believe they no longer offer — where they acted as advisors and mentors while we did the work.)

These were the deliverables:

• 3-month content calendar and roadmap for what content to create after that time
• Templates for three types of BOFU blog posts
• The methodology and technical setup for how to measure our success, so we knew what was working (and what wasn't) and could adjust accordingly
• 1-on-1 mentorship for how to write content not only to rank in search but reliably result in conversions
• Completion of 6 long-form blog posts (3 with training and oversight and 3 with more limited feedback)

Grow and Convert is an agency that provides direction and support on our SEO strategy and helps us create content and provides guidance on how to increase our organic traffic to site. They interview SMEs and develop 3 net new blogs each month and advise on keyword strategy and conduct keyword research to propose new ideas and direction. They also run a small amount of pad to help boost the SEO rank increase via a traffic volume increase. And they also work on backlink building for us.

• We've seen a tremendous increase in site conversions (book a demo) from blog articles
• We've seen a steady increase in site traffic.

Their SEO writing capabilities. Usually SEO writing is very dry and quite frankly not good. But we do minimal to no edits with their blogs. Also their purview on what they do well and what they focus on as an agency is specific and they're honest about that, which I respect.
