It was hard for me to formulate the requirements so that the designers understand what they should do. Maybe a standardized input form would have helped us to get to the results even faster.

They are very easy to work with. We simply send over our idea and our basic script and they drive the project from there. From approving the final script, to colors and look, to finding the right voice talent, they are quick, professional, and super easy to work with.

We have hired Grow Animation to produce several marketing videos that demonstrate the capabilities of the app. The goal is to have multiple quality videos created that can be released when the apps finally launch.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched on Fiverr for people/companies that could make good marketing videos. I chose Grow Animation because of their impressive portfolio and good reviews.

Usually I am required to present a logo, screenshots of the app, and a somewhat detailed script. After this my work is usually done. Grow Animation will then find voice actors for the video, animate the script, and keep me updated on the progress of the video.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Ive only worked with Claudioa. It seems that he is running the operation. Working with one person is preferable for me because I see no need or reason to coordinate with more people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All of the videos have come out great. I have not yet posted them because Im waiting for my products to release first. The videos are made how I like them and you are given the option to make revisions if necessary.

I havent had any difficulty at all

The attention to detail in the videos is amazing. Sometimes I will notice funny things in the background and be impressed by the small things that I never expected from them.

I think they do a great job and will continue to use them in the future. I have had many videos made at this point.
