GRG’s has run digital media campaigns for several years with our business, so the history with the company and ability to optimise year on year to achieve better results were the key deciding factors.

We provided a written brief with the main objectives required for the campaign and budget, a media recommendation was presented/optimised/signed off, a procurement process was undertaken for the formal appointment, the campaign was set up in a wide range of markets and optimised across the campaign period.

Three key team members worked with us, including the Head of Growth, Media Director & Account Executive.

The campaign exceeded targets for the year and was one of the best on record.

The team were readily available and set up systems to quickly communicate when there were tight deadlines. Meeting weekly then monthly meant there was an ease of workflow between both parties.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team’s ability to provide support to a new team at our end and adjust plans quickly when needed stood out.

After providing a written brief, GRG helped us in selecting the right medium for our target marketing. They helped us by setting up and running our campaign, and providing monthly reporting and recommendations.

We have worked with multiple staff members over the years. Our closest and longest relationship is with Cherry who is the Director of Account Growth.

Have heard of them through word of mouth from other companies and reached out to them.

We had a kick off meeting to talk through the needs and requirements. They then provided some initial concepts, we provided feedback, they reviewed the feedback and came back with improved concepts. Project is still ongoing.

We were looking to generate registration numbers for the online open day we hosted in May. Our online registrations for previous online events hosted in 2022 had been low - we hoped GRG's insights and knowledge in the international/higher-education space could help improve our traction.

How did you select this vendor?

GRG had approached Bond University a couple of years ago and pitched for media buying work with the university. The Vice President of Future Students was impressed with their proposal and recalled wanting to work with them at the time. She suggested we approach them for this campaign as our current media agency was underperforming YOY and providing poor service.
