Our goal is to create an online store where dog owners can register and pay a little monthly membership fee to gain access to exclusive offers and high-quality products from our network of service providers.

Grey Space Computing helped us clarify our objectives and went over our plan with us. Then they designed and added features that would enable us to accomplish those objectives. We are utilizing WordPress as the platform's foundation and a number of plug-ins, including WooCommerce and Paid Membership Pro. 

It will lead users through the entire discovery process and conclude with a purchase from one of our partners in a conversion-optimized environment. We're streamlining the entire checkout process and hiding discount codes with iFrames.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We demonstrated the product for the first time and observed how we might change and work with the backend on our end. Next, we had a meeting at Grey Space Computing with our developer. Everything is really simple to use. He provided us with access to begin developing our backend data collection and relevant information, and he included everything we required.

As planned, we will meet our original deadline. Receiving those deliverables and having them arrive in time to review them was exhilarating. We'll keep collaborating closely with them over the coming weeks as we get ready for the launch. Regarding their behavior, I only have positive things to say.

When it comes to availability and reactivity, Shinde is unparalleled. Email is how we communicate a lot. I frequently text and talk with him on the phone. That's how our relationship is. Grey Space Computing provides a solution for full stack development. They handle every aspect of a project, including strategy, problem-solving, and execution. On the development side, these are our present and long-term solution. 

They excel at meeting deadlines, achieving objectives, and contributing to important conversations. They assist us in considering the implications of our actions from the standpoint of development. Having a trustworthy relationship in place while receiving that input is really beneficial.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've considered different options to complete this kind of work. No other business that operates in the same manner as Grey Space Computing or goes so far as to actually offer an outsourced CTO solution as I have found does either. That has had a significant financial impact.

And the majority lack a well-known marketing authority like Shinde. A person with such dual expertise is uncommon. One of the things about where we go from here that excites me is that. He would be more than happy to assist with some of our go-to-market tactics. A corporation with such a broad skill set is something I've never seen, and they consistently demonstrate it.

They have exceeded all of our expectations. I'm not sure what I would have them do better. They have greatly simplified our life.

Their team quickly and effectively identified the qualities and assisted me in refining my search throughout the Discovery phase. During the Design and Integration stages, I was provided with app prototypes. They provided versioned builds during the development phase, and following QA, I approved the final product for deployment. Technology stack in use:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the project's introduction, the first group of users has provided overwhelmingly good comments. I anticipate a boost in the number of daily active users as a result of my continued marketing efforts. 

According to the few data I currently have, the typical user spends more than three hours per day on the app—a fantastic beginning for a health and lifestyle app. I was thrilled with the final product because the software was of higher quality than I had anticipated, and the vendor delivered it quickly.

I had a project manager and account manager with me from the beginning and they supported me the entire project lifecycle. Because of this, the Grey Space Computing was able to comprehend my concept extremely quickly. The PM who worked in their CEO's office and who also happened to serve me in the EST time zone was incredibly easy to get in touch with. Slack and once a week phone calls served as our main means of communication.

Their communication skills, design standards, and comprehension of the project's goal were excellent. They quickly determined which tech stack, taking into account the most recent industry standards, would best meet my demands for scalability. Would absolutely want to see them expand into offering marketing services for post deployment as well.

An automated saw receives the cut list from the app, which is being developed from scratch for iOS and Android. One of the features of the app is that users can take two measurements for a window that needs to be trimmed out. The cut list appears in real-time, so there is no lag between taking the measurements and cutting the materials. Grey Space Computing has also produced promotional videos for our company.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thus far, it has successfully delivered a new phase, and we are really impressed. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond what we had imagined. Delivering an internal solution that we could use was our aim for the project's initial phase, and it functions well. Subsequent phases have been devoted to expanding the number of programs and features in order to increase process efficiency.
