GreatDev was responsible for designing and developing Shopify stores from the ground up. This included:

• theme customization
• setting up product pages
• payment gateways
• ensuring mobile responsiveness.

They conducted a thorough analysis of our existing Shopify store, identifying areas for improvement. As a first output, we got a strategy for A/B testing and created two different design versions to identify the winning one. 

In order to achieve our goals, we also needed to build an application to let our customers interact with the products better and increase the conversion rate (i.e. we create a custom bundle process and measuring tool).

• On-Time Launch for our busy season;
• Increased Conversion Rate by 2.5% in the first month of work;
• Page performance was improved from 24 to 78 score.

Of course the delivery normally comes within 24-48 hrs but that’s normal taking into account the workload we had and the communication schedule.

It’s always great when you don’t need to explain the same things multiple times - they catch the requirements immediately and propose the result. 

I had an experience with other agencies in the past where it took days to prepare an answer to a specific question highlighted on a call. While PM & QA at GreatDev are experienced enough to generate the initial solution immediately and then to just polish the estimates.

GreatDev exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the project. Their attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and proactive communication made the entire process smooth and efficient. We are fully satisfied with their work and have no suggestions for improvement.
