I’m the publisher of Dainik New Times, a Bengali-language digital news portal delivering daily news coverage across politics, national affairs, and current events to Bengali-speaking readers. We hired them to design and build a Bengali-language news portal from scratch. We needed a fast, modern website where we could publish daily news, and our editorial team could easily manage content.

GrayVally Software Solutions has built our entire news website from the ground up using Next.js. They’ve also integrated it with a headless CMS so our editors can easily publish and manage articles. The main deliverables include the full website design and development, the content management setup, and ensuring the site loads fast and works well on mobile devices. Moreover, they’ve continued to support us after the launch, handling bug fixes and adding new features as we’ve needed them.

The scope of work covered planning, UI design, and full front end development of the Crystal Valley Autos website, including responsive layouts, performance optimization, clear service structuring, improved navigation, media optimization, and smooth interactions, all built with scalability and future updates in mind.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered measurable improvements in performance, usability, and conversions. GrayVally Software Solutions implemented a professional, high-performance website optimized for both web and mobile platforms, making it easy for customers to book our mobile car detailing services from any device. 
As a result, page load speed improved, mobile usability increased, customer engagement grew, and service inquiries and bookings became more frequent and streamlined.

At this point, there are no major areas for improvement in terms of delivery or quality. However, GrayVally Software Solutions could benefit from having a dedicated physical office space to arrange in-person meetings with clients, which would further strengthen client communication and collaboration.
