• Shopify Markets Implementation: Evaluate the business requirements for Shopify Markets integration. 
• Design and configure Shopify Markets to enable multi-store capabilities.

What is the scope of their involvement?

Grandz has provided web design and development services for us. We first engaged them in page speed optimization, and we got a significant improvement. From there, we moved on to other projects involving IT consultancy. They've handled redesigning sites, organizing offer changeovers, ensuring accurate on-site prices, and developing and integrating creative into our channels.

We're currently doing a rebrand on one of our sites, and Grandz is focusing on developing our Shopify platform based on our guidelines.

We haven't experienced any bugs on the website, and working with them has resulted in a 20% increase in our conversion rate and a 10% increase in average basket value. Overall, they've been invaluable; they've stabilized my position at the company and made my life easier because all internal customer complaints have stopped.

How did Grandz perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is exceptional; they have open communication and deliver everything on time with good quality, making us look good. Regarding tools, we use Slack, Google Chat, Zoom, Figma, Asana, and GitHub.

I love how they think through problems. Plenty of developers can fix a problem, but not all find out the problem's reason.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I even have to push them to rest and have days off!

I am super happy with their work My only wish is that they would have an option to hire them "per hour", as currently there is a minimum amount of hours that we need to purchase every month, and we dont always have enough work to cover these hours.

They were smart enough to identify 'holes' in our UX and UI specs, allowing us to react quickly and fix everything. Without this proactive approach and expertise, this project would probably take much longer and have caused much more frustration.
