On top of improving CPA in our first month working with us, they have been extremely nimble managing dramatic changes we have had within the business. In February, we required a full 180 degree pivot in direction due to government policy changes and Gradient was able to do so quickly and efffectively.

Punctual with deliverables and deadlines. Night and day difference from previous agencies I've worked with on their ability to work through action items while getting out standardized reporting and insights. Communication is key as a partner and they are the gold standard.

Telecomm can be confusing, and paired with government programs, has a high learning curve.
