I’m the digital marketing manager of Health Partners, a not-for-profit health fund based in Australia. We provide cover to over 95,000 individuals and have owned and operated dental practices and optical stores, alongside a wide network of participating physiotherapists and over 50 pharmacies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gorilla 360?

We needed help improving our SEO strategy, LLM discoverability, technical SEO markups, foundational markups, and overall content and visibility to improve our organic and online visibility.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Gorilla 360's work has led to overall organic improvements in our SEO and LLM visibility, technical markup, and foundational SEO. The team has developed new content that has improved our organic rankings and traffic. Although it's ongoing work, we've seen initial signs of positive results, especially in our singles and couples health insurance demographic pages.

How did Gorilla 360 perform from a project management standpoint?

Gorilla 360 always delivers on time and has great communication. We use virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Gorilla 360 is a specialist in SEO and brings in different team members with different specialties depending on the job required for our SEO efforts. The team's communication, follow-up, clarity, and milestone tracking are impressive. We always know what we're doing, when we're doing it, and how we're doing it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Everything has been perfect.
